9 Month Checkup

Ella had her checkup today. She is going GREAT! She is still hanging out in the 'tall and skinny'!
Height~ 29.5 @ 90%
Weight~ 18 lb 15 oz @ 50%

And BIG stuff today (after a long night)! Her first tooth has finally busted through! There is another one right behind the first one. Poor little thing. Those gums have to hurt pretty bad right now. I have no pictures yet. First, her little tongue won't let me. Second, she is sleeping..whew.

We will miss Grandma Shirley

Sad day today. We will miss the spunk and spitfire of my Grandma Shirley. Here is a video of her feeding Ella a couple months ago. Grandma really enjoyed this and said it had been many years since she had fed a baby as little as Ella.

Childlike Flexibility~AMAZING!

Can you believe this?! My goodness the flexibility to do this is amazing. She is seriously cashed out here. Of course after I took the pictures I laided her out in a not so back cramping position.
Chilly and damp here this week. Winter is certainly in it's way. Yuck.

It's Ella's 9 month birthday! Let's Review...

Oh... my schedule.. my schedule

We have found Ella in her crib more than one time today just like this....

This time change has bamfuezzeled her whole nap schedule today. Boo the fall back. We used to love it. Not today when we got to wake up at 5:50 with our peanut. (The good news though..she has found a great friend in her sleep sheep~ Thanks Gma & Gpa Heikes!)

How did this happen so fast?

Spooky things are happening on this Halloween night. Ella thinks that she dressed up as a much older child than she is and thought it would be a good idea to start crawling up the stairs tonight. I have a feeling that we are going to see that little "tongue grin" more often as she grows up.
