Daddy is in Waterloo for meetings this week...we miss him so much. We just didn't want to stay in KS at home alone all week. All went pretty well. I did have a numb right arm due to holding Ella's sucker in from Colchester to 4 miles from home. She was hungry and couldn't let me know that if she had that sucker in her mouth. Oh but then when I let it go... Wow!
Ella has her first wedding this weekend. My friend Jen is getting married in Champaign. With the wedding in Champaign, that means Ella will also have her first night in a hotel!! So many firsts!
Ella is really starting to get big and do many more fun baby things. She is really beginning to grab on to things. She must of course then put them all directly in her mouth. This includes the item and her entire fist. She is just a little thing, but she certainly attempts the entire fist. (She is going to get it stuck someday I swear to it.) She is also beginning to wear out all of her socks and booties because, in fine Jason style, she must always be moving!! Which means her feet are rubbing against the floor, the leg in which she sits, or car seat. When she gets moving I think I will be able to cancel my gym membership!
Well.. on to helping Grandma Kathy with cakes and frosting letters for Jen's wedding cake!
