Jaden in photos

Here are a few of the photos taken for Jaden's 1 yr birthday. We missed having Daddy there. But he was still in recovery from back surgery.
Enjoy!!

Love the munchkins. Our whole world in two little people. Amazing.

Jaden is ONE!

I can not believe it. Our little man is one. He such a handsome little guy and quite the Mamas boy.. much to my pleasure. He has been walking for quite some time now and loves to get around the house at his own will. He especially likes to make his way downstairs to play. He has really began to like playing by himself these days. He received his first tractors from Gma & Gpa Breuer. Not sure who is enjoying them more, Ella or Jaden. We may have a battle over who is going to buy the farm one of these days. Oh wait! Mom & Dad have to actually BUY a farm first! Cart before the horse, I guess. ;-)

Jaden November 2010

We are all here in ND for Thanksgiving this year. Jason had back surgery this past Thursday for a L5 herniated disk. He is hanging at home recovering. Hard for him to do nothing, but that is the surgeons orders. He is very pleased to be virtually pain free.. minus the whole surgery thing ;-)  We will be happy to have Daddy back and going when the time comes.
Wishing everyone a happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday this year!!

Candy Nabbn' 2010

I think I can speak for both Jason and I when I say that neither one of us can remember a more fun Halloween... EVER! Oh to see holidays through our children's eyes is a.w.e.s.o.m.e. We had fun at Dori & Noah's house for dinner, joined by our buddies the Powell's. What a fun night! Thank you to the Hardee's for hosting Halloween 2010!

Our babies were way cute! They were little greasers this year. I took full advantage of the "strawberry" on Jaden's bicep and 'tatooed' his love for his Mama on his arm. I had been dreaming of this day since the day that thing started turning red. Ella was pretty stinkn adorable herself. We ordered a little poodle skirt with her name on it.

Ella's childhood boyfriend here... Noah. Could these two really be any more awesome?! Dori and I have been dreaming of these giddy-ups since we met earlier this year!
Jason teaching the philosophy of candy nabbing to his little girl. Don't make any mistake here, this was NOT for her good. All for snagging the treasures for himself! heheh

The kiddies thoroughly enjoyed their roles of trick or treaters on Barley Ct!!

Can NOT wait for next year when Jaden gets to learn this tradition. That kid is gonna go NUTS!! Now on to Christmas. Holy... what fun are we going to have this year!

We have entered a new phase of life.

One. Ella is done with diapers. Ok, maybe Mommy is done with diapers. However, as we all know once Mommy is done... so is kid. She is doing quite well despite some not real awesome refusals of pooping on the potty. Ugh. Ready for this phase to be done.

Two. Jaden is off. And I saw "off" instead of walking because this kid doesn't have a walking bone in his body. He will run. Everywhere. Whenever possible. No video of course because first, it shocked us all and second because the video camera is DEAD. Always. Always, Dead.

What?! Wait.. He is HOW old?

Honestly. This has been the fastest, busiest, stressful, wonderful, most fulfilling... ok you get it.. 10 months of my LIFE!
I can not believe Jaden is 10 months old today. That means in some households the 1st birthday party planning begins. Huh... Yeah right.
Such a sweet, snuggly little man. He is a force to be reckoned though when he doesn't get his way or his Big Sis takes something from him. This could prove to be a challenge in the coming years. He does really love his Big Sis. He follows her around the house like a puppy. They are going to be so much fun to watch grow up.

(Wrote this on the 23rd. However, with technology throwing me fits, I couldn't get the pictures loaded till today.)

I really feel like a new person

I was just glancing through some older photos today... switching to my new beloved computer!!!... and I came across these photos. What a difference 9 months will make. And I really do feel lighter than I look too! All contributed to hard work, determination and very, very supportive family and friends that I have surrounded myself with. Had to share because it really does even shock me some times. Thanks Hubby for telling me I could do this all along!! And thanks Dori for teaching me a new side of me!
Who knows where I can go from here?!?! No worries not checking the scale for goals any more. Just really enjoying toning what I have worked hard to get!

Living in ND

I have been wanting to take the photos since we moved here. I finally got them done! These are some wild flowers I have been wanting to grow by our drive way since the drifts melted. They have looked like weeds all summer. They are beautiful now!
