Nap Time!

I came home yesterday afternoon and caught my girls taking a nap!  How Precious!

The weather has been absolutely BEAUTIFUL, the past ten days.  Ella is loving being able to run and play with her "outside" toys.  Jaden had his 5 month birthday yesterday, he is beginning to grow like a weed, finally!  We started giving him rice cereal yesterday and he loved it!  Kamille is anxiously awaiting Lisa's wedding in a week, she has been adhearing to the weight watchers point system stricter than a recovering alcholic going to AA meetings.  I am very proud of her for loosing the weight, my fear is that it has now become an addiction and she is going to "blow" away in a few more months.

As for myself, I have been busy talking planting/seeding for the last week or so, it is nice to finally quit talking about it, and actually working with it!  For those of you that need a planting progress report, the sugar beets are 60 to 70 % complete with 5 to 10% emerged.  Small grains are 75 to 90% complete in the Valley with a few points less in the central part of the state.  Some wheat is starting to emerge as well.  I was talking with a farmer yesterday that said he doesn't remember the last time there was a spring like this, he thought maybe '89 was this early!  Most people are going to wait until around the 10th of May to put in their soy and edible beans as they are much more susceptable to frost.

Well, i think that about covers it, have a good weekend, Jason
